The first suspect was taken last night near the scene.

Two more people were picked up for questioning late last night.

Police believe there may still be more suspects at large and the investigation is ongoing.

“This is a really serious and highly prioritized case for us. Our primary theory is that this was a criminal agenda-tactic against other criminals,” Skotnes told reporters.

Oslo police have swiftly cordoned off the area and advised local people:

Stay clear of windows in case there are more explosions.

During this period, don't enter the vicinity of practicable Bislett and Parkveien.
